How to Swap, Upgrade, or Refund a Celebrity Experience

HOW TO: SWAP – This is how to upgrade to a product/bundle of equal or lesser value.

  1. Open Confirmation Email

    1. Click “View Your Order Online”

    2. Can’t find? Email us a request to resend email – minneapolis@galaxycon.com

  2. Click “Swap”

  3. Review your Swappable Options / Upgrade Options

    1. If you want to SWAP product equal or lesser value:

      1. Click “Swap!”

        1. Click “Ok” – You CANNOT swap Bundles after selecting “OK”.

    2. If you want to UPGRADE product that is greater value:

      1. Choose an Upgrade Option – Please see “HOW TO: UPGRADE” – Step 3 and on.

  4. Click “Redeem” to Redeem a Voucher to choose another Celebrity Experience

  5. Click “Product Options” – Choose from options below:

    1. Print

    2. Send Tickets to Phone

    3. Add to Wallet

  6. Bring QR code(s) to event! – Enjoy! 🙂

 

Swap/Upgrade Notes:

  • Please take some time to review other celebrity experience costs before choosing a bundle of vouchers.

  • Our system CANNOT do partial refunds, and you CANNOT combine vouchers.

  • You CANNOT swap Bundles after selecting one.

  • Every item type except a Bundle can be swapped or upgraded if there’s a product of equal or greater value available.

  • If the upgraded product has greater value, you’ll be prompted to upgrade and pay the difference.

  • Remember to redeem any vouchers!

 

 

 

HOW TO: UPGRADE – This is how to upgrade to a product of greater value.

  1. Open Confirmation Email

    1. Click “View Your Order Online”

    2. Can’t find? Email us a request to resend email – minneapolis@galaxycon.com

  2. Click “Upgrade”

  3. Review your Upgrade Options

    1. Click “Upgrade!”

  4. Select your desired Upgrade Option again in drop-down menu

    1. NOTE: You will be billed for the difference in price between your original item and new item.

  5. Click “Submit Upgrade Order”

  6. Click “Product Options” – Choose from options below:

    1. Print

    2. Send Tickets to Phone

    3. Add to Wallet

  7. Bring QR code(s) to event! – Enjoy! 🙂

 

 

 

HOW TO: REFUND

  1. Open Confirmation Email

    1. Click “View Your Order Online”

    2. Can’t find? Email us a request to resend email – minneapolis@galaxycon.com

  2. Click “Refund Product”

 

Refund Info:

  • It can take 3 to 10 business days for a refund to show in your bank account.

  • There are options to swap & upgrade your current product.
